Lead end-to-end supply chain operations by managing production plans, full-cost integration, and strict inventory accuracy including ERI and capital turnover. Coordinate third-party logistics networks to negotiate freight rates and SLAs, while ensuring last-mile delivery meets OTIF targets and rejection protocols. Oversee 3PL and co-packer relationships to maintain quality standards, temperature compliance under NOM regulations, and efficient FIFO/PEPS inventory rotation. Handle customs operations by selecting agents and managing import/export documentation including VUCEM and phytosanitary certificates. This role requires a minimum of 8 years in operational leadership within food processing (meat, poultry, or seafood) and certification in supply chain methodologies. The position offers a monthly salary between $80,000 and $120,000 MXN with variable bonuses, plus medical, life, and savings benefits.
