Execute daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Engineering departments while managing staff and ensuring standards are followed. Translate property goals to the team, track guest satisfaction results, and develop game plans to address need areas. Lead by example, assist with hiring decisions, conduct orientations, and meet semiannually with staff on one-to-one basis. Review financial statements to measure productivity and determine areas for cost reduction. Perform hourly job functions as needed and ensure all team members meet hospitality requirements.
