Job Summary
Manage an operation, production facility, or part of a plant to meet defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety. Lead a salaried team, hire and develop talent, and guide policy/strategy within a technical manufacturing discipline. Applies deep knowledge of the area, collaborates across functions, proposes solutions beyond set parameters for more complex manufacturing processes, and may lead small projects with low risk. Focus on achieving continuous improvement, meeting standards of quality, timeliness, and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
- Advanced experience in Manufacturing & Operation Management
- Ability to hire and develop talent
- People leadership and direct people management responsibilities
