Job Summary
Construction Project Manager to oversee on-site execution of boutique hospitality development projects in Brazil. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling construction activities, coordinating with architects, engineers and contractors, assisting procurement, tracking progress and budgets, preparing contracts and change orders, maintaining project documentation, and reporting to Sr. Project Manager. Requires English fluency, proficiency in MS Project/Excel/Google Sheets, AutoCAD, Revit, and knowledge of procurement, tender management, contract administration, and construction processes. Full-time, on-site in Ceará, Brazil, with national relocation within Brazil supported. Utopia does not sponsor visas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
- Proven experience in construction project coordination and project management (+6 years)
- English fluency
- Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Excel, Google Sheets), AutoCAD, and Revit
- Experience in data analysis, cost tracking, schedule performance metrics, and trend reporting
- Knowledge of procurement, tender management, contract administration, and construction processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
