Conduct consultive and strategic business visits, both in-person and online, to prospect new PJ cooperators and manage the existing portfolio. Lead market mapping with the Unit team to identify potential clients, while driving financial product sales to ensure sustainable growth and principal increase. Monitor credit indicators including delinquency and provisions, and track performance metrics through management tools to support strategic decisions. Represent the cooperative in external actions to strengthen relationships with local entities and partners. Requires a full degree in Administration, Accounting, or Economics, C PRO-R certification, and a driver's license with own vehicle.
