Proactively create and manage solutions that add value to the business segment while performing activities related to serving legal entity associates. Apply technical knowledge to the segment, conduct prospecting visits to identify and attract new associates, and develop the associate portfolio by identifying needs and opportunities in financial products. Utilize established procedures to solve routine demands, proposing alternatives and improvements as necessary, while continuously developing knowledge and skills. The role requires a complete higher education degree or in progress in management areas, basic Office skills, and proficiency with digital tools like WhatsApp and Power BI. Certification in CPA or C-PRO R is preferred, along with availability for travel, a valid category B driver's license, and residence preferably in Oliveira/MG.
