Ensure store supply by purchasing products from authorized franchisees and suppliers to maintain the mandatory mix. Generate tax documents in the appropriate system and submit them to the Federal Revenue Agency to fulfill legal obligations. Conduct monthly inventory checks to control product validity and prevent margin loss. Lead weekly team meetings, record minutes, and post them on the management board. Execute and monitor EAD training programs, manage store accounts for payment, and ensure adherence to PEF standards. Requires high school or higher education, minimum one year in team management, and availability for a 6x1 shift schedule.
