Lead the team by scheduling shifts, managing conflicts, and conducting training on customer service, systems, and metrics. Plan annual store strategy based on historical data. Requires a background in pharmacy, administration, or related fields, along with computer proficiency and experience leading teams and organizing administrative processes.
