Manage store team activities and support staff, including creating and validating shift schedules, attendance control, and tracking absence justifications. Monitor individual performance indicators through evaluations and feedback to drive development. Negotiate with suppliers and partners while overseeing store service quality based on corporate metrics. Guide the team on corporate strategic directives, fostering synergy and teamwork. Organize the work environment by coordinating materials, supplies, and resources. Handle routine and specific customer demands, including reception protocols, and assist in recruitment processes for the R&S team. Requires a full university degree, leadership experience, valid driver's license, and Office skills. Schedule includes a 6X1 rotation with fixed salary plus commission.
