Manage the sales team to guide clients on task execution and meet established targets while monitoring daily indicators. Ensure store supply by purchasing products from authorized franchisees and suppliers to maintain the mandatory mix. Generate tax documents in the appropriate system for federal submission and fulfill all fiscal obligations. Conduct monthly inventory to control expiration dates and prevent product loss. Lead weekly team meetings, record minutes, and ensure compliance with PEF norms. Execute EAD training programs and manage store account payments. Requires high school education with a degree as a plus, IT proficiency, and team management experience. Available for a 6x1 schedule.
