Job Summary
Execute store standards covering stocking, merchandising, pricing, signage, layout, cleaning, and organization. Drive results by identifying opportunities and supporting decision-making areas. Ensure accuracy in all internal processes established by the Group. Maintain team engagement through performance evaluations, feedback, and development initiatives. Requires solid experience in commercial, people, and process management within large supermarket chains, plus a complete higher education degree. Full-time role with availability for relocation. Required Qualifications
- Experiência com Gestão Comercial, Gestão de Pessoas e Gestão de Processos e Resultados
- Experiência sólida como Gerente / Diretor de loja de grandes redes de Supermercado/Hipermercado
- Ensino superior completo
- Disponibilidade de mudança
