Gerente de Ingeniería

Lead engineering and construction of renewable energy projects, primarily wind, ensuring technical viability, schedule adherence, and quality standards from design through commissioning. Plan, organize, and supervise all project phases from pre-feasibility to operational readiness while coordinating with development, environmental, procurement, legal, and finance teams. Validate conceptual and detailed designs, manage multidisciplinary teams and contractors regarding safety and environmental compliance, and interact with suppliers, regulators, and clients to ensure regulatory adherence. Participate in bidding processes and negotiate EPC contracts. Requires a Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering degree with 5-6 years of infrastructure or energy project management experience; postgraduate studies in project management or renewables are desirable. Advanced Excel skills and English proficiency are preferred.
