Optimize human, material, and economic resources while administering the engineering department's operational budget. Review daily, weekly, and monthly training and engineering metrics to ensure compliance with standards and track action plans. Maintain induction talks and continuous improvement courses in engineering, safety, ergonomics, and environmental compliance. Provide floor-level advice for solving problems in the sewing area and training departments. Monitor project schedules and established metrics set by the Plant Manager and Regional Managers. Ensure full compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System per document CAM-HSN-001.
