Job Summary
Lead Growth Marketing to accelerate sustainable company growth by connecting strategy, marketing, data, and commercial operations. Build and optimize the acquisition, conversion, and expansion journey; manage inbound and digital channels; establish Marketing Ops governance with data quality, tracking, and automations; partner with Sales and Revenue Ops to drive funnel predictability and revenue; set KPIs, run continuous experimentation (growth loops, CRO, campaigns, channels, segmentation); support ABM and demand generation; ensure alignment of positioning, campaigns, channels, and business objectives; manage the area budget and prioritization; lead and develop the Growth team; leverage AI applications in marketing, growth, and revenue for productivity, automation, personalization, data analysis, and performance optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical capabilities and strategic thinking
- Experience with Growth, Demand Generation or Performance
- Familiarity with AI applications in marketing, growth and revenue
- Advanced knowledge in paid traffic (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and SEO
- Proficiency in CRO techniques and CRM tools (HubSpot, Dynamics)
- Experience with automation tools and data visibility (BI)
- Data-driven decision making and ability to run experiments
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and projects
- Understanding of funnel and revenue operations
- Experience with ABM and inbound marketing
