Manage a sales team by defining priorities, assigning responsibilities, and tracking daily activities while coordinating inventory, store layout, and organization. Lead the development and training of staff, ensuring adherence to sales targets, margins, and productivity indicators. Oversee client service quality and customer retention strategies within the diesel parts segment. This role requires a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, with Saturday hours from 8 AM to 12 PM. The position is open to candidates with a higher education degree in commercial or people management and prior experience in sales team leadership.
