Coordinate client situations, representatives, and sellers while managing high-volume commercial proposals and tracking sales orders in the system. Conduct prospecting calls, organize vendor visit itineraries, and maintain updated client data and diverse documentation. Contribute to market prospecting, participate in company exhibitions, and ensure all work meets defined quality standards. Manage department routines for phone and client attendances, analyze situations for rapid solutions, and prepare area reports and statistics. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
