Supervise Quality Assurance personnel to monitor and control quality at plant and vendor levels, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain ISO/TS 16949 systems, document and review testing results, and publish quality status reports for manufacturing areas. Initiate corrective actions via reject and scrap reports, forming Problem Solving Teams with the Production Manager. Establish training procedures for APQP meetings, guide measurement studies, and drive process FMEA and Control Plans. Oversee Control Plan updates across all products and act as the customer representative for the manufacturing plant. Review departmental activities to recommend training, equipment, and organizational needs, while ensuring the entire supply chain engages in production. Review customer portals for site status daily and lead the Quality Control Program under the Plant Manager.
