Job Summary
Design and execute the office commercial strategy to achieve growth targets while managing the annual sales and recruitment budget. Strengthen long-term relationships with key agents, brokerages, and commercial partners, identifying new business opportunities and market segments to expand the sales network. Lead the commercial team in meeting production, profitability, and expansion goals by monitoring performance indicators and analyzing market trends. Coordinate marketing plans, recruit new independent agents and dispatches, and supervise overall office operations.
