Job Summary
Assemble machine and apparatus housings, execute and monitor adhesive tasks, and ensure norm-compliant bonding processes. Mount assemblies including electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic components while performing quality and output inspections of subassemblies and modules. Create process instructions, validate procedures, and generate quality reports. Train and supervise adhesive technical personnel. Requires completed vocational training in metal building, plant and apparatus building, or production mechanic with relevant experience; strong plan reading skills and high self-reliance are essential. Full-time position in Switzerland with flexible hours and a family-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Metallbauer, Anlagen- und Apparatebauer/in, Produktionsmechaniker mit Erfahrung als Gerätemonteur
- Ausbildung zum Klebepraktiker oder Klebefachmann
- Gewillt, die Ausbildung zum Klebepraktiker oder Klebefachmann zu absolvieren
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Planlesen
- Grosse Selbständigkeit (Planung, Organisation und Koordination der Aufgaben)
- Gute Vorstellungskraft
- Konzentrierte und exakte Arbeitsweise
- Motiviert, teamfähig und multikulturell aufgeschlossen
