Job Summary
Manage the daily operations of a NOZ store with 80% of your time on the ground, including receiving shipments, stocking sales areas, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Oversee commercial actions and store layout while handling 20% of time dedicated to management tasks such as staff recruitment, scheduling, and performance tracking. Maintain accurate accounting records and monitor key performance indicators to drive store profitability. You will operate independently with reduced initial capital investment, supported by a six-month onboarding program and ongoing guidance from the Univers NOZ team. Based in Séné, this entrepreneurial role offers autonomy in merchandise placement within the framework of the company's international, agile approach to liquidation.
