Job Summary
Manage daily retail operations for a NOZ store, including receiving stock, organizing sales floor, and handling customer relations. Oversee personnel management, recruitment, training, and scheduling while tracking key performance indicators and managing accounts. Balance 80% operational duties with 20% administrative oversight to ensure store profitability and alignment with the circular economy concept. Receive four months of training before assuming the mandate, supported by the NOZ network. Leverage over 45 years of expertise in reverse logistics to transform supplier overstock into value for customers.
Required Qualifications
- Gérer le magasin tout en étant accompagné par l'Univers NOZ
- Etre indépendant dans la gestion de son personnel
- Garder une autonomie dans la gestion de l'implantation de la marchandise, dans le respect du concept NOZ
- Gestion et réception des arrivages (déchargement de camion, mise en bac)
- Gestion de la surface de vente (rangement, encaissement)
- Relation et satisfaction clients
- Mise en place des actions commerciales
- Gestion des compétences (recrutement, formation, intégration ...)
- Gestion du personnel (planning, congés ...)
- Suivi des indicateurs et planification d'actions
- Comptabilité
