Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations and expectations; lead omnichannel processes; ensure SOP compliance and adherence to company programs; achieve KPIs and coach the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier); serve as Manager on Duty (MOD); participate in inventory, shrink, safety, cash reconciliation, and onboarding of new team members; plan events and cross-train in framing solutions where applicable; uphold company values and provide a positive, respectful environment while delivering friendly customer service.
