Geothermal Driller & Equipment Operator

Operate and maintain drilling equipment while preparing job sites, handling drill pipe and materials, and installing geothermal piping for heating and cooling systems. Mix grout and ensure the work area remains safe and organized throughout the installation process. Candidates must be mechanically inclined, comfortable working outdoors, and able to perform physically demanding tasks. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required, with training provided to the right candidate. This role supports geothermal heating and cooling system installations across various job sites.
