Job Summary
Geotechnical Project Manager in Elmwood Park, NJ responsible for planning, scheduling and executing geotechnical projects, coordinating with senior management, performing calculations and design work, and training staff. Manages proposals, site investigations (soil borings, field investigations), reviews contracts, defines tasks, controls budgets and billings, ensures safety, maintains client relationships, and directs project scope and procedures from concept through completion in a multidisciplinary environment.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
- M.S. degree with geotechnical specialty (preferred)
- Registered Professional Engineer in New Jersey and/or New York
- 10+ years geotechnical regional experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop diverse clients and grow a business
- Proven ability to identify, develop and mentor talent
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Valid driver's license
