Job Summary

Manage diverse projects involving multidisciplinary teams to promote high-quality delivery while meeting project schedule and budget metrics. Lead or assist in developing strategies, scope of work, risk evaluations, and budgets for land development, civil infrastructure, and litigation support. Supervise internal project teams and subcontractors, while performing technical, administrative, and compliance peer reviews for engineering analyses and design deliverables. Interact with regulatory agencies as a client advocate during pre-application meetings and formal permitting, and prepare construction plans for agency/municipal review. Mentor aspiring engineers and technicians while maintaining and growing existing client relationships. Requires a Bachelor's degree in civil/geotechnical engineering with 7+ years of experience, a Professional Engineer license, and 2 years of project management experience. Salary range $120,000; benefits include flexible work, paid parental leave, and 401(k) match.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil/geotechnical engineering
  • 7 or more years of geotechnical and/or site civil engineering and construction review experience
  • 2 years of Project Management experience
  • Professional Engineer license in at least one New England state
  • Willingness to travel to projects within New England and New York

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • Project Management Certification
  • Design experience in both geotechnical and site civil concepts
