Job Summary
Geotechnical Project Manager responsible for estimating, cost control, scheduling, developing budgets, and managing design-build shoring projects. Supervises team members, ensures profitability, executes change management, maintains client relations, and coordinates document packages through project life cycles. Requires knowledge of deep foundations, earth retention, ground improvement, OSHA/EHS regulations, and travel to Pacific Northwest work sites. Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and independent/team collaboration skills; 2–3 years field experience and 5–8 years increasing project management experience; ability to adapt to changing environments. Salary range $105,000-$140,000 with comprehensive benefits.
