Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Geotechnical Manager to lead and grow our Dallas practice, oversee projects, mentor junior engineers, and actively pursue new business opportunities in a 100% employee-owned engineering firm.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Civil, Geotechnical, or related engineering field
- PE in Texas required
- 7+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Dallas market with established client relationships
- Entrepreneurial drive with ability to build and shape a practice
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or related engineering field
- Strong technical expertise in investigations, lab testing, analysis, recommendations, and reporting
- Track record of business development, client management, and market growth
