Job Summary
Geotechnical Engineer in Vancouver, BC, delivering geotechnical analyses and designs for transportation, infrastructure, and land development; perform slope stability, settlement and numerical modelling; interpret geotechnical investigations and translate subsurface conditions into practical engineering solutions; prepare high-quality technical reports, calculations, and design documentation; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geotechnical solutions into broader project designs; support junior engineers and EITs through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or Geological Engineering
- 5–10 years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience in a consulting environment
- Eligibility for registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in British Columbia, or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
