Geotechnical Engineer/Project Manager

Job Summary
Conduct field inspections, slope assessments, and drilling programs while performing quality control testing on soils, concrete, and asphalt. Assist with geotechnical proposals, engineering calculations, and report writing, including pile driver monitoring and technical services for infrastructure projects. Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget while adhering to safety policies. Maintain a valid driver's license and travel to various job sites. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering from a recognized university
- License, insurance and a personal vehicle
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Eligible for federal security clearance
- Flexibility to travel
- Valid driver's licence
- Auto insurance
- Be eligible to become a Registered Professional Engineer in Ontario

- Exceptional organizational skills
- Work independently and in a team environment
- Previous geotechnical and/or drilling experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with proposals writing, report writing and other areas of project related management
- Auto-CAD and geotechnical software (Slope/W, Settle3D etc.) or related experience
