Job Summary
Conduct site investigations to assess soil and rock conditions and perform geotechnical analysis and calculations for foundation design, retaining structures, and slope stabilization systems. Collaborate with project teams to integrate geotechnical considerations while monitoring construction activities to ensure adherence to specifications. Prepare clear and concise reports, track project financials, and invoice clients appropriately. Maintain positive business relationships with clients, government officials, and contractors, and participate in professional meetings or business development functions as needed. Requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of experience, and a PE license, with a preference for Texas licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Geotechnical Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) License, preference to State of Texas
