Lead complex, high-profile geotechnical engineering projects by serving as the technical expert, managing project budgets and schedules, and securing large-scale opportunities through strategic business development. Provide senior-level review and approval of geotechnical reports, specifications, and engineering analyses while driving innovative solutions for public and private clients. Requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering, 5+ years of progressive experience, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license, with the ability to travel and work in outdoor environments. Associate-level full-time role within a team of 3,500 employees dedicated to sustainable infrastructure and community growth.

Required Qualifications

  • B.S in Civil Engineering
  • 5+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex public and private projects
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
