Oversee complex, high-profile geotechnical projects by serving as the technical expert, managing budgets and schedules, and providing senior-level review of engineering reports and analyses. Guide the continued growth of the geotechnical team while supporting strategic business development efforts. Requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of progressive experience, a PE license, and the ability to travel and work outdoors. Full-time Associate level role with flexible hours based on project demands.
Required Qualifications
- B.S in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex public and private projects
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to travel for client and projects needs
- Ability to work in the outdoor environment
