Job Summary
Lead technical efforts on complex, high-profile geotechnical and construction materials projects by serving as the primary engineering expert. Secure and manage large-scale projects while guiding the geotechnical team's strategic growth and technical advancement. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure delivery of high-quality work products, and provide senior-level review and approval of geotechnical reports, specifications, and engineering analyses. Support strategic business development efforts and drive innovative engineering solutions for public and private clients. Requires a PE license, 5+ years of progressive experience, and ability to travel and work outdoors.
Required Qualifications
- B.S in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex public and private projects
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to travel for client and projects needs
- Ability to work in the outdoor environment
