Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure delivery of high-quality work products while supporting strategic business development and guiding the technical advancement of the geotechnical team. Travel for client and project needs and work in outdoor environments to deliver smart, safe, and sustainable results for public and private communities.
Required Qualifications
- B.S in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex public and private projects
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to travel for client and projects needs
- Ability to work in the outdoor environment
