Job Summary
Geotechnical Engineer needed to conduct fieldwork and engineering analyses in Texas. Responsibilities include observing and documenting field activities related to construction processes, sampling, testing, and inspecting soils, concrete, masonry, and asphalt; performing calculations, data reduction, and drafting reports from test results; collaborating with contractors, technicians, and project managers; and testifying as an expert witness in dispute resolution when required. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; experience in construction defect analysis with focus on compaction, stormwater systems, and foundation testing. Required Qualifications
