Job Summary
Geotechnical Engineer with opportunity to collaborate across HCEA offices. Responsibilities include preparing field and geotechnical reports, performing analyses based on site conditions, evaluating laboratory and field data, developing proposals, cost estimates, plans, technical specifications, and reports; supporting field instrumentation and monitoring; maintaining client relationships; following safety and permitting requirements; and traveling as needed. Requires B.S. in Civil Engineering (M.S. preferred), 5–10 years of experience, and PE preferred; strong communication, and proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook/AutoCAD; valid driver’s license; willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. Civil Engineering; M.S. preferred
- 5-10 years of related experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
- Willing to travel and work out of town for short periods
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, AutoCAD)
