Job Summary

Operate drill rigs for auger borings, standard penetration tests, rock coring, monitoring well installations, and infiltration testing while collecting field data per specifications. Supervise drilling assistants, maintain and repair equipment, and communicate with project managers, inspectors, and clients. Adhere to safe work practices, DOT regulations, and all Federal, State, and Local compliance requirements including record keeping. Meet production and utilization goals while traveling to job sites, including weekends and extended periods. All travel expenses are paid.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Relevant geotechnical drilling/operating experience
Valid PA Driver's License and clean driving record
Ability to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to perform high quality work in an efficient and productive manner
Must be able to work safely and efficiently outdoors in all types of weather
Strong oral and written communication skills
Basic computer skills
Actively engages multiple perspectives when solving problems, seeks to learn from peers, and encourages reciprocal learning among team members
