Job Summary
Geostructural Division Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering division in Annapolis Junction, MD. Key responsibilities include providing division oversight, senior review of technical products, and driving growth; ensure engineering competence across foundations, retaining walls, SOE, underpinning, and related structures; excel in project management, budgets, schedules, and resource control; maintain and grow client relationships through professional service and proactive communication. Requires a PE license and a minimum of 10 years of Structural/Geostructural experience; strong leadership and staff/client management capabilities; competitive compensation with health, disability, life, 401k with company match, ESOP, and generous PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Structural/Geostructural Engineering
- PE license required
- Experience designing foundations, modular block and concrete retaining walls, support of excavation systems (SOE), underpinning, and miscellaneous structures
- Ability to manage staff, management, and clients
- Project management skills including scheduling, budgeting, resources, and client service
