Geospatial Project Manager

Job Summary
Oversee multiple concurrent geospatial projects, managing scope, timeline, budget, and revenue forecasts while coordinating with remote sensing, data acquisition, production, eGIS, and account management teams. Negotiate stakeholder requirements, handle change management and tracking, and lead invoicing and collections. Deliver weekly status updates to stakeholders and conduct project retrospectives to outline process improvements and constraint metrics. Collaborate with other project managers to maximize efficiencies and skillset utilization. Based in the NV5 Regional Office in Corvallis, OR, with less than 10% travel. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in a hydrographic/geophysical survey environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- Competency in procurement, negotiation, and finance
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- 3+ years' experience in a hydrographic/geophysical survey environment and/or possessing a marine environmental background
- 1+ years' experience in project coordination and leading teams
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, geography, GIS, science, or engineering program
- Master's degree or higher
- Certified Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP)
- 4+ years' experience in a hydrographic/geophysical survey environment and/or possessing a marine environmental background
- 2+ years' experience in project management and leading teams
- Risk Management Experience
- Experience with change-management processes
- Experience working with GIS software packages
- Experience working with software development
