Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments using standardized tools to determine client needs and appropriate interventions. Create individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals in collaboration with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary treatment team. Deliver therapeutic interventions for anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders through individual, group, and family sessions. Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans within established timeframes. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, provide crisis support and safety planning, and participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress. Engage in community outreach to promote services and connect individuals with additional resources. Stay current with emerging trends and participate in ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Current professional license in the state of Georgia as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
- At least 3 years of relevant experience working with youth or families
