Job Summary
Georgia Learning Resources System Administrative Assistant within the Dougherty County School System. Responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling for the Teacher Resource Center, managing vendor contracts and approvals, event registrations and reminders, updating electronic participant data, maintaining organized office records, inventory management, and handling inquiries and communications. Requires Diploma in Business Office Technology or equivalent, two years of clerical experience in a school setting, experience handling sensitive information, proficiency with Microsoft and Google Suites, and ability to label and organize documents, update records accurately, and perform routine office duties with reliability and confidentiality. Role emphasizes attendance, contract processing, event preparation and follow-up, and general administrative support under supervision. Required Qualifications
