Job Summary
Full-time Associate Veterinarian needed for a modern small animal practice in Midland, GA. The role offers a base salary of $125,000 plus production (20% ProSal, paid quarterly) in a well-equipped hospital with six exam rooms, dedicated surgery suite, dental area, in-house and reference labs, ultrasound, radiography, laser therapy, and other advanced facilities. Benefits include medical/dental/vision coverage with employer-paid employee premium, 401(k) after 1 year with 3% employer contribution, 2 weeks PTO, fully covered CE/licenses/dues (including AVMA, GVMA, DEA), and potential ownership opportunities. Schedule is Monday–Friday with no scheduled weekend shifts, and the practice emphasizes teamwork, mentorship, and a supportive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
- Eligible for veterinary license in Georgia
- DEA license or eligibility
- AVMA/GVMA membership or eligibility
- Commitment to general practice in small animal medicine
- Willingness to work Monday–Friday (no weekend shifts)
