Job Summary
Licensed esthetician delivers Glowbar's signature 30-minute facial with consistency and care, educates clients on treatment plans and product usage, and builds relationships to drive repeat visits and membership growth. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, sanitized treatment room, guiding clients toward rebooking and membership, collaborating with Studio Guides and Managers, and proactively managing schedules. The role emphasizes product knowledge, customer hospitality, and achieving product sales targets (e.g., $1,000+ monthly), with opportunities for training, mentorship, and advancement within a fast-growing brand. Requires flexibility to work weekends/holidays and a valid esthetic licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Valid (temporary or permanent) Esthetics License
- Consistently achieves $1,000+ in monthly product sales
- Flexible schedule: weekends, holidays, and varied weekday shifts
- Full-Time: 5 days open availability OR Part-Time: 3 days open availability OR Weekend Only: Saturday & Sunday availability every week
- Knowledge of salon/spa standards, policies, and procedures
- Enthusiasm for beauty, skincare, and continuous learning
- Forward-thinking problem solver with compassion for clients and teammates
- Established clientele (Nice to Have)
- 1+ years of experience as a licensed esthetician in a busy spa/salon (Nice to Have)
