Job Summary
Lead geometrical design for major transportation and infrastructure projects, including detailed alignment design, grading, horizontal and vertical alignments, and cross-sectional designs using OpenRoads, 12D, and Civil 3D. Oversee design processes, engage workshare teams, mentor project teams, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business development while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Requires a Civil Engineering degree and CPEng or equivalent, with 20+ years of experience; offers hybrid work options in Auckland, New Zealand.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- CPEng (Chartered Professional Engineer) or equivalent
- 20+ years of relevant experience in geometric design
- Proficiency in geometric design software OpenRoads, 12D, Civil 3D
- Experience leading project teams and managing complex infrastructure projects
