Job Summary
Manage field survey and office staff, overseeing safety, quality, schedule, and financials for all supervised projects. Coordinate with Design and Operations management to execute field activities, ensuring accurate survey data supports design decisions and construction intent. Direct oversight of field survey activities includes scheduling engineers, managing equipment calibration, and handling pile file and machine control support. Maintain project financials, cost tracking, and monthly projections while ensuring Sales Tracking sheets remain current. Develop policies and procedures to drive continuous improvement in project workflows. Support the Civil and Renewable Energy business units and the broader Geospatial group growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Civil Engineering or Survey related experience
- Strong ability to communicate and manage project staff
- Proficient in Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center
- Knowledgeable in aspects of Design and Construction
