Geologist responsible for onsite, project-based drill core logging and sampling, digital data entry, data collation/interpretation, geologic mapping, and coordination with drill contractors and fellow geologists. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Geology or related field, strong data-entry proficiency and software skills, ability to analyze geological data, and effective communication for collaboration in field and office environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field
- Proven experience in drill core logging and sampling preferred
- Proficiency in digital data entry and geological software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently in the field
- Familiarity with geologic mapping techniques and tools
