Job Summary
Support field exploration programs through regional reconnaissance, surface sampling, geophysical surveys, and drilling campaigns while ensuring compliance with international health, safety, and environmental standards. Lead geological data entry, compilation, and QA/QC processes to maintain dataset integrity, then assist senior geologists with interpretation for targeting, planning, technical reporting, and GIS mapping. Prepare clear technical summaries, data visualizations, and maps for internal reviews and partner updates while collaborating with AI engineers to refine the company's digital tools. This hybrid role balances 20% field execution with 80% office work in Paris, requiring fluency in English and a structured approach to data management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mineral exploration geology
- Degree in Geology or Earth Sciences
- solid foundations in metallogeny, structural geology, or geochemistry
- First significant field exposure (mapping, sampling, or core logging)
- willingness to spend significant time in the field as required by projects
- structured approach to data management, QA/QC, and documentation
- familiarity with GIS software (QGIS, ArcGIS) and/or geological modeling software
- Genuine interest in how AI and technology can transform traditional exploration methods
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multi-disciplinary team (geologists, data scientists, AI engineers)
- Fluency in English
- previous exposure to international exchanges
- Valid Driver's License (Permis B)
