Geologist III

Resource Geologist III to oversee exploration opportunities and resource modeling to maintain geological resources and support future exploration. Based in Viburnum, MO, the role involves development of sound resource models for designated projects, constructing geologic and block models, logging project area holes, generating exploration targets for surface diamond drilling, and leading surface drilling programs as needed. Key duties include audits/validation of resource models, data review and validation, geostatistical analyses, and preparation of resource estimates; responsibilities also encompass mentoring and developing others, reporting, and maintaining safe, environmentally compliant work practices. Required expertise includes core logging, exploration geology, drill program management, geologic modeling, resource estimation, and proficiency with Leapfrog, Vulcan, 3D modeling software, ArcGIS, and database tools. Proficiency in MS Office, report creation, and strong analytical/decision-making skills are expected.
