Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive legal support for Accenture Corporate Functions and business teams on local and global matters, including contract execution, risk mitigation, and compliance with ethics, antitrust, and data privacy regulations. Liaise directly with internal stakeholders and external counsels to address inquiries from HR, IT, and commercial units, while flagging compliance risks in daily operations. Manage entity matters by drafting corporate documents, Board resolutions, and tracking databases, and assist in implementing new initiatives or enhancing legal tools. Provide on-the-job training to new joiners and suggest process improvements to streamline support areas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience at law firm or as in-house counsel and/or in legal outsourcing
- Experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements
- Experience in generic legal in-house matters, including but not limited to risk identification and mitigation, compliances, contracts, legal research, etc.
- Fluency in English
- Strong oral and written communication skills
