Job Summary
GEO Satellite Control Software Engineer to contribute to architecture, development, and maintenance of satellite control software for GEO operations. Role involves ensuring reliability and performance across ground-segment applications, analyzing change requests, coordinating implementation, supporting validation and deployment, and maintaining configuration management. Requires experience with distributed/operational software, and programming with C, Python, Java; familiarity with Linux, Ansible, Docker, VMware, databases (MariaDB, MongoDB, Influx, Mongo, ClickHouse), mTLS, REST APIs, and cloud/storage technologies. English fluency is required; French/Spanish are a plus. Based in Issy-les-Moulineaux, Paris, with on-call rotations and on-site collaboration; home office may be considered after initial training period. The role emphasizes ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliance, cross-functional teamwork, and 24/7 operational continuity.
